Andrew is a Korean-American kimchi loving boy who was first introduced to clay in a community college setting. He has since been making both functional and sculptural work in various community clay studios. Andrew is drawn to ambiguously voluptuous forms, finely crafted functional ware, and the serendipity of wood fired surfaces.
